The Ultimate Self-Care Yoga Series! 7 yoga classes, each focusing on one of the 7 main chakras. We learn about each chakra, do a chakra balancing flow, and do a guided meditation. Each class builds on the previous class’ knowledge. Our final class is a yoga flow, guided self-reiki practice, guided meditation, and celebratory non-alcoholic beverage
